PB&J Smoothie

This PB&J style smoothie is one of my favorite recipes. I like to use a variation of nut butter, fruit, and greens depending on what I have on hand. Smoothies are the MVP of easy, nutrient dense, balanced meals or snacks.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen powder

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • Nut milk

  • 1 tbsp nut butter and/or fat of choice; coconut yogurt, avocado

  • Frozen berries

  • 1 tbsp fiber powder

Blend on high until frothy, smooth, and delicious
